Mash Mechanical was founded by Maine native James Dwyer. As a Professional Engineer with over 11 years of experience in industrial construction and mechanical installation, James brings a unique skill-set to every HVAC/R challenge. Our knowledgeable team is defined by a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. In addition to dependable problem-solving and precise craftsmanship, we take great pride in creating a safe and fulfilling work environment for our team and our partners.
